• ​Cancellation

We do require a 24-hour notice. Repeat offenders will be asked for a credit card to hold an appointment and 50% of service will be charged if it reoccurs.  This also applies to no-shows. 

• No Shows

You will be charged for the total price of the service.

• Reworks

Our team would love to adjust if you are not happy with your results.  Must be scheduled within 10 days after your service. 

• Tardiness

If you arrive 20 minutes late you may have to forfeit
your appointment.
