Our Cancellation Policy 

At Texture Salon & Med Spa, we value your time and ours. To best serve all of our guests, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

When booking online or by phone, you agree to the following:

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.

• No-shows or cancellations within 1 hour of your appointment: the full service amount will be charged.

• Cezanne Smoothing Treatments: require 48 hours’ notice.

• Group bookings: require 72 hours’ notice.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change unexpectedly. Please know this policy isn’t just about schedules—it’s about honoring the time and livelihood of our talented service providers, who work on commission and rely on booked appointments.

If cancellation fees are not paid, future appointments may be placed on hold until a valid payment method is updated and the balance is cleared.
